An Arrangement of My Romance
Enjoy playing this straight-ahead, if slightly unconventional, arrangement of this classic 1935 jazz standard by Rogers and Hart. Beginning with a rubato solo piano introduction, the bass joins in time for a dominant pedal interlude played in unison with the piano followed by a solo over the form. After a recapitulation of the head the arrangement ends with a return of the dominant pedal interlude.
