The "Improvising Over . . ." series of lessons is an ongoing collection of lessons on how to improvise over the chord changes to important tunes in the jazz repertoire. Each lesson in the series describes in detail how to improvise using chord tones, guide tones, arpeggios, chordscale passages and approach patterns and other improvisational techniques and many lessons offer in depth analysis of transcriptions of great players improvising over the tunes.
