Blues Lick
Can you ever know too many blues licks? This is a particularly tasty one. It is a three measure lick which works over a I7 to IV7 progression
and can be broken up into two or even three smaller licks. This one comes from an obscure disc from the early 90s with Jimmy Knepper and a very young Joshua Redman as guests.
